The former country house is in an ideal location to do almost everything you want to do in Tuscany. The sea is about 30 minutes away, Lucca -centre 8km, Florence, Pisa about 1 hour.
The holiday home near Lucca can be reached via a narrow path as the last house.
A spacious garage is at the guests' disposal. Around the holiday home approx. 150m2 fenced garden, under the path belong further 5000m2 olive grove.
Diagonally opposite the driveway and garden of the owner's private house, where the pool is located (cleaned every day, 12 x 4m, 1.50m deep, used daily between 9am - 7pm exclusively by guests, salt depuration).
The house is made up on 3 levels.
Ground floor: can also be used separately, as there is a fully equipped kitchen. Next to it is a bedroom and a shower room.
A mezzanine accommodates an adjoining room with washing machine and pantry, lockable.
Stairs to the 1st floor - Spacious dining kitchen, very cosy bright living room with fireplace and exit to the garden with pergola and barbecue. On this level there is another bedroom, 1 bathroom and a storage room.
On the second floor then 1 large bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom to which they have separate doors. Storeroom.
Here the ceilings are slightly sloping with wooden beams. Cotto flooring throughout the house.
